Michael was a 2-sport athlete at John F. Kennedy high school in Fremont, CA (baseball/football). He went on to play baseball for Ohlone College and served as the Team Captain on the 1996 Coast Conference championship team. Michael has been involved in youth sports for over 20 years, including 8 years as the baseball head coach at Washington High School. He’s won 3 League championships and has seen over 30 former players move onto to play college baseball including 6 athletes that were drafted by the MLB.
Michael currently resides in Fremont, CA where he lives with his wife Carolynn and his 3 boys.
