Kasey Graduated from Piner HS in 1996 after playing both baseball and basketball. Following graduation, he attended Santa Rosa JC and played baseball for two seasons under Ron Myers and Damon Neidlinger. While there Kasey earned All-American honors as a Utility player in 1998 followed by a scholarship to Long Beach State to play under Dave Snow.
Kasey has a robust professional baseball career. He spent the next 10+ years playing professional baseball in many different leagues all around the world. He spent time with the LA Angels, Miami Marlins, & Arizona Diamondbacks at their AA, AAA affiliates. Kasey also played in the Western Baseball league. Internationally, he has played in Taiwan, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Italy. He represented Team Italy in 2 separate World Baseball Classics (2006, 2009), and played in Olympic qualifiers for Italy as well.
After his professional baseball career, Kasey turned his sites towards helping developing young baseball players. In 2010, he started his new career as a youth baseball coach. In 2014 I started FBK1 and since then we have worked with over 5,000 players from all over Northern California.
Kasey’s mission is simple, to reach out to as many youth leagues, both coaches and families of players and make a difference in their baseball development. Kasey resides in Santa Rosa, Ca. with his wife Megan of 15 years and their two children, Rocco and Lucca.
