Career Bio

Jacob’s passion for baseball started at the age of 5 and hasn’t left. He lettered three years at Brazoswood High School in Clute, TX and made the All-State team in 2009. Jacob went on to get his BBA-Accounting from Houston Baptist University where he played as a starter all 4 years. After Graduating he became a personal trainer to follow his dream of becoming a college coach.

Jacob landed his first job at Jarvis Christian College in East Texas where he was the pitching coach. He recruited players from all over Texas. He led the team to a sub 3 conference ERA. In 2015, Jacob stepped away from coaching and played in the Pecos League. After a brief playing career, he landed an assistant job at Austin College, A D3 School in Sherman, TX.

Jacob is now a personal trainer full time and works with kids to find their best path to the next level of baseball. His passion is to get kids a degree and open their eyes to the opportunities that are out there. Jacob currently resides in McKinney, TX.
