PERSONAL STATEMENT
My entire life I have always been a competitive person. I hate losing more than anyone else. Obviously nobody likes to lose, but I hate losing more than anyone. Baseball allows me to express my competitive trait as a player needing to win. Not just regarding baseball, but my competitiveness can apply to various other things in life. Such as school, I not only want to succeed, but I need to succeed in academics. I do believe that my competitiveness leads to another trait. My creativeness like my competitiveness has always been natural to me. I do believe that the reason I am creative is because I always needed to win so I had to be crafty and find out a way to win. The reason that I am creative is because I find a way to win for my team. I do believe that every good ballplayer possesses competitiveness because you play to get better and if you do not possess competitiveness you will not want to work to get better and outwork your opponent. The creativeness is an added bonus because when all else fails I will find a way to succeed.
