PERSONAL STATEMENT
Baseball has been a huge part of my life and personal development. My goal is to keep playing baseball for as long as I possibly can. I am also looking forward to pursuing a career involving sports, such as sports medicine or physical therapy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Describe Your Playing Style?: My philosophy is to play every game as if it is a championship game and never give up until the last out. I pride myself on preparation. I am calling the games for my high school team so I make it a point to go over pitch sequencing and signs with the coaches and pitchers before each game. If I am familiar with the opposing team or a player, I make sure the pitcher knows how to approach them.

Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: Joe Mauer, Yadier Molina, Miguel Cabrera
Other activites and interests: Music, Exercise/Working out
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: My parents. They introduced me to baseball as a little kid, and have supported and encouraged my development and progress ever since.
About Me: Baseball has been an important part of my life. Even during the off season, I try to stay involved. For example, during the summer I helped coach skills clinics for young players. I was recently asked to assist Joey Wolfe and Tyler LaTorre in operating a catcher's camp for players aged 8-18. These activities were done on a voluntary basis, and were very enjoyable.
