I love to learn, not only in the classroom, but out on the field as well, I am very open minded about my playing and I always enjoy being critiqued by my coaches to be the best that I can be. I'm a very bubbly person and am vocal in the classroom and out on the field.

Baylin continues to display devotion to the sport of lacrosse through her commitment at practices, arranging team bonding activities, and dedication to her year round Bearlax team. For example this season Baylin has taken the leadership role in personally arranging player run practices on the weekends. During these practices she focuses on developing team community and physical fitness in order to boost team morale.

On the field Baylin is consistently punctual, always comes beyond prepared, and gives her all at practice and during games. As goal keeper she exhibits strong field awareness and takes a lead role in facilitating the defensive team.

I strongly feel that Baylin Vreeland has the qualities any coach would be looking for in a player.
