In being a student-athlete I have been challenged to honor my school both in the classroom, on the field, and around campus. My mentality of being apart of a team and working for others is a characteristic highly regarded on and off of the baseball diamond.

Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: Dustin Pedroia, Brock Holt, Chris Taylor
Other activites and interests: Aside from baseball I also love music and play the guitar and piano. I often compose in my free time and am a part of a small band. Sometimes I play at church and for a benefit that raises money for cancer research.
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: Ryan Smith has been the greatest influence in my sports career. He's mentored me on and off of the baseball field for many years.
