PERSONAL STATEMENT
In High School, I have been a four-year scholar athlete. I can think of nothing more important than to represent my school to the highest standard on and off the field. I am a hard working and dedicated competitor. I have volunteered to mentor, and help teach, the sport of baseball to the youth in my community and I strive to lead by example. I am committed and will put in the time and work hard to be the best.

PERSONAL INFORMATION		  
Describe Your Playing Style?: My playing style really is a catch and throw kind of player. My strong suit behind the plate has always been throwing to whatever base I need to. My blocking both straight up or laterally is what I work on the most because that is the second most important and frequent thing in catching. At the plate I am a gap to gap hitter with occasional pop.

Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: Some of my favorite athletes are, Yadier Molina, Khris Davis, Nolan Arenado, and Albert Pujols.
Other activites and interests: Some activities that I love outside of playing baseball are, golf, bowling, coaching, and just studying every aspect of the game: whether it be being a leader behind the plate, mechanics for hitting and pitching, and catching mechanics.
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: The biggest influence on my sports career has been my father. On all of the days that my body and mind have ached and I wanted to give in, my dad has pushed me to go work on blocking or hitting. My dad has been my brick wall I can lean on whenever I am having struggles
About Me: I am a student not only of the game but in the classroom. I love to soak in all of the information I can get no matter who from. The medical field is what I’m most interested studying, and more specifically sports medicine.
