1. When did you know you wanted to play baseball in college?

I knew I wanted to play college baseball since I was 6 or 7 years old.

  1. When did you start with SportsForce, why and how?

I started with SportsForce in the Spring of 2020. My family and I did not know what to do at the time and needed guidance. We thought SportsForce would be the best option. We were right.

  1. What was the recruiting process like prior to SportsForce?

The recruiting process beforehand was a lot of phone calls, text messages and emails that didn’t lead to anything.

  1. What challenges did you face?

Some challenges I faced was the mystery of baseball in the COVID era, what I wanted in a program and school, knowing my strengths and weaknesses as a baseball player and knowing what to post for recruiting on social media.

  1. How many schools were interested both before and after SportsForce?

I’d say I had some interest from about 5 to 8 schools before SportsForce. After SportsForce, I had about 40-50 schools interested.

  1. What was the plan of action that SportsForce helped you develop?

SportsForce, and specifically Ryan Thompson, helped me figure out what I wanted in a baseball program, explain what was going to happen during the summer and fall of 2020, and was honest with me on where I’m at in my development. Knowing where I’m at in my development was important because it was humbling and helped me uncover my weaknesses in baseball. SportsForce as a whole gave me the outlets to help me communicate with colleges and helped me figure out what I wanted in a school.

  1. How many colleges did SportsForce contact about you?

SportsForce contacted about 25-30 colleges monthly.

  1. How many/what events did you attend with SportsForce’s guidance?

Outside of my normal travel ball schedule, SportsForce advised me to go to one event. That one event was where I first got recruited by my future college.

Read below, why we are different from every recruiting group in the country.

Why SportsForce is Different:

* View our Home Page Video Unlike most recruiting companies, we do not just partner with anyone for our hands-on recruiting programs.  Instead, we only partner with qualified players who meet our Five academic, athletic, and coachability selection factors

We evaluate between 10,000-12,000 players each summer and fall at top showcases and selectively advise, and advocate for only a limited number of players each year by directly contacting college coaches to help them maximize recruiting offers.

Each of our expert college recruiters is limited to how many players they will advise so there is the best combination of hands-on guidance and personal recruiting outreach to college coaches.
