PERSONAL STATEMENT
I enjoy being a student athlete because balancing academics with athletics prepares me for the harsh situations that come with adult life. I like the term student athlete because it implies a student and academic first attitude. I was always taught that grades come first and I follow that standard regardless of the situation.
