PERSONAL STATEMENT
I play volleyball because I love and respect the game. My goal is to always be a player and leader on the court that contributes to the overall success of the team. I have a strong work ethic to earn the respect of my teammates and coaches. Competing with the opposing team and my teammates allows me to gauge my abilities against my peers and helps me improve as a player. I believe "Practice makes perfect" and that's why I always push myself to be the best that I can be on and off the court.

PERSONAL INFORMATION		  
Describe Your Playing Style?: I'm a fast aggressive middle blocker that attacks the ball and is active on the court. I hit with power and quick to react in blocking apposing hitters. I communicated at all times on the court with my teammates in executing our plays.

Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: My favorite athlete is Tom Brady because he's a great leader/player to his teammates and role model for young fans. He brings a type of enthusiasm and positive energy to the field not many players posses and I strive to be that type of player on the court.
Other activites and interests: My interests outside of volleyball are mostly beach activities such as surfing and bodyboarding.
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: My biggest influence on my sporting career has been my step-father Raj and my mother Dawn. Raj encourages me to focus on the court, always to be respectful, and to be a team leader. He encourages me to try to be the best athlete I can be. My mother from a young age exposed me to a variety of sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, football, golf, and even gymnastics. She always has influenced me to be well rounded and push myself academically and athletically.
About Me: I'm very coachable and always willing to learn. I'm constantly learning from my mistakes and trying to implement what my coaches are teaching me in practice/games. My goal is to improve everyday and be the best player I can be.
