PERSONAL STATEMENT
Baseball has been a big part of my life so far. It's helped me come out of my shell and has encouraged me to make friends. I have lots of good memories so far from the sport and I wish to create a lot more of them in the years to come as a student athlete.
Describe Your Playing Style?: |
I am very competitive player and use humour to relax the dugout for a team win. |
Personal Statement: |
Baseball has been a big part of my life so far. It's helped me come out of my shell and has encouraged me to make friends. I have lots of good memories so far from the sport and I wish to create a lot more of them in the years to come as a student athlete. |
Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: |
Adam Goodes is a retired AFL player who has won 2 Brownlow Medals, 2 premierships, 4 time all Australian and Australian of the Year. He has put 100% effort into his career and into the sport by being a role model for younger generations. |
Other activites and interests: |
When I'm not playing Baseball, I'm usually going Hunting and Fishing with my Dad or going exploring and travelling around. |
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: |
My mum has been the biggest influence on me. She's always been there to encourage me and motivate me to give 100% in everything. She's never complained about the time she has given up to take me to games that are sometimes 8 hours away. without her I wouldn't be the man or player I am today. |
About Me: |
I'm a kind, caring and funny person. I have a great understanding of the world and its cultures as I'm a well travelled young man. I want to play college Baseball as I'm already playing the highest level I can in Australia before playing at a professional level. this would mean id get to play at a higher standard than I can play anywhere in Australia. |
