Also, baseball has challenged me to be a better student athlete. I can only be successful on the field if I am successful in the classroom.

Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: My father has been the biggest influence on my sports career. From coaching my earliest Pony Baseball teams to throwing BP night after night in our batting cage. He has continued to help me get better as a baseball player and as a person on and off the field.
About Me: I am devoted to being the best player I can be, and for my junior year, I am focused solely on baseball. I am driven in my off-season training with my NorCal team and VIP conditioning/strength program to get stronger and faster. My goal is to play at the next level in college.
I come from a long line of Division 1 players that includes my grandfather who played basketball, my father who played water polo, and my two aunts who played volleyball and swimming. My mother also played on her college's first women's water polo team before attending Stanford University for graduate school. From my family's experiences as D1 players and as committed students, I am learning about the level of commitment and motivation needed to succeed at the next level. I feel like I am on my way as an athlete and as student with a 3.68
weighted GPA.
