Larry Cunha
Title: Teach/Head Football Coach
Organization / School: Roseville High School
Recommendation: I have known Jonathan Lopez for the past four years. He has been both a student in my class and a student-athlete in our football program at Roseville High School. I would recommend him highly to you as a student, a football player and as a quality human being. Jonathan possesses all the character attributes that will allow him to be a tremendous success in college and in life. I believe his performance and work in high school, and that would include very good performance in the classroom as well as on the football field, has clearly established Jonathan as one of the best student-athletes at Roseville High School.

Jonathan has great size (6'1”) and frame for a receiver; he also has good speed around (4.6) and very good grades (3.15). Jonathan was a two way player this season. He started at Wide Receiver and Defensive Back. Jonathan also returned kicks and punts this past season. He has great hands and runs very good routes. Jonathan is also hard working and an outstanding citizen.

2013 Season (10 Games):
50 Receptions
752 Yards
15.04 Average Per REception
8 TD's
1 KR TD
30 Tackles
3 INT's

Jonathan Lopez would be a very deserving recipient of any scholarship that is based on outstanding performance in the classroom and on the playing field. Jonathan aspires to play college football and has the athletic tools to compete and contribute at a number of levels of collegiate football. Any consideration and assistance that you can provide ---would be a very deserving and worthwhile investment in the future of a very talented and gifted young man.

Thank You and as Always, GO TIGERS!

Recommendation: Jonathan Lopez, Roseville HS, class of 2014, has great size and speed for a high school wideout. He stands 6'2" and weighs about 180 lbs. He has been hand timed in the 40/yd dash at 4.41 seconds with vertical of 30.9. Was voted All-Camp WR/DB at the University of Nevada-Reno. Jonathan possesses great hands and runs the ball well after the catch. Also, with his height he can go up and out leap defenders in making a play on a ball thrown his way. All around he is an outstanding high school prospect as a wide receiver in college.

Academically, Jonathan is carrying a 3.25 gpa into his Senior year. He also runs track and plays basketball in high school but is focused on playing football in college.

Marty Jenkins
Title: Store Team Leader
Organization / School: Whole Foods Market
Email: Marty.jenkins@wholefoods.com
Recommendation: My name is Marty Jenkins I am a Store Team Leader for Whole Foods Market named Forbes Magazine top 100 companies to work for 14 years in a row. I have worked with Whole Foods Market for 20 years now. I oversee 250 Team Members and do all the hiring for my location. I have also coached sports at the college level for Menlo College 2 years as well as High School for Capuchino High School for 13 years. I have seen many players come through my programs and would rank Jonathan Lopez right up there with the top players who played for me.

I wanted to write a letter of recommendation for Jonathan Lopez. I have had the pleasure of knowing Jonathan Lopez and his family for 6 years. Jonathan is an outstanding young adult. In a world of entitled individuals I am happy to say he isn’t one of those. He is an empowered young man who is respectful, caring and thoughtful towards others. In a day and age where young adult are on their phones all day and all night Jonathan is not as he is studying or working out to enhance his performance on the fields. I have seen Jonathan act as a leader on and off the field. Jonathan works extremely hard for what he has and will work extremely hard for you if you decide to bring him onto your team. I have seen Jonathan grow up into a very respectful young man and I would be proud to have him as a player on any of the teams I have coached or a Team Member in my store. I know Jonathan will be an asset to any program, so don’t hesitate to reach out to me for more feedback.

Recommendation: I have had the pleasure of knowing Jonathan Lopez for just over 5 years now, and have seen him grow from a young seventh grade kid to the young man that he is today. I can only hope that my son grows up to exemplify some of the same characteristics that Jonathan has. He is trustworthy, responsible, and above else respectful, which is not so common these days amongst teenagers. He is a great motivator and team player, and this shows up for him on the field. He is also dedicated and very passionate, and works hard to improve every week. Some may even argue that he is a leader on the field and the players on the team look to him for direction and support.

Jonathan is also a great mentor. As I mentioned before, I hope my son is able to exemplify some of the characteristics Jonathan has. My son turns 8 next week, and he really looks up to Jonathan. Prior to meeting Jonathan, my son has never wanted to play football or even mention anything more than he likes the 49ers. Because he looks up to Jonathan, he is now genuinely interested in playing football "just like Jonathan". Jonathan has spent time teaching him how to properly throw a football, and working with him so that when my wife is comfortable, he will be able to more readily make the transition into the sport.

Being a father myself, I cannot say enough about Jonathan as a person. I am also Store Team Leader for Whole Foods Market, and Jonathan is definitely someone that I want working for me. I would hire him in a heartbeat. I am proud to know him, and wish only the best for him.
