Recommendation: John is the hardest working guy at practice. Incredible work ethic on and off the field. Great team guy, ideal personality - "TEAM FIRST ATTITUDE!" Really attacks his weaknesses to improve his game. He is the ultimate competitor and performs very well under pressure with a high LAX IQ.

Playing style is reminiscent of Billy Bitters (UNC) and built the same physically. He is on pace to develop his game much similar to that of Billy. With guys more physical then him he uses his speed and explosive change of direction to burn the big guys.

In all of my years of coaching players in Southern California and many that have gone on to do very well in college at all levels not one of them has had the change of direction ability that John possesses. I'm excited to see what's ahead for him as a lacrosse player and young man.

Finally I highly recommend John for your program without any reservations.

Contact me if you have any questions.

Recommendation: John has a very good first step. His inside roll/roll dodge is dangerous— how he is able to get his shot off right after the dodge makes him a nightmare matchup. Really proves himself as a threat all over the field with inside finishing and outside shots. He has very skilled accuracy. Seems as though he scouts goalies to see weakness and places shots in perfect areas.

His off ball movement is tremendous. He is a playmaker who wants the ball at all times and is willing to work to get it. Bottom line is that John appears to be the heart of his team. His energy is awesome and a great player to have on a team.
