PERSONAL STATEMENT
My interest in sports dates back to my early childhood. I've always competed with my siblings which solidified my interest in competition. I have always enjoyed baseball and an array of other sports throughout my whole life. But picking up the bat and putting on a glove at a young age has had a lasting effect for my love of the game. In particular, baseball has had a great impact on my life and is profoundly important to my family. Everyday we talk baseball; it brings our family together.

Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: The biggest influence on my sporting career is my brother, Marc. He has helped me become a better player by teaching me all he knows about pitching and the game itself. Having played college baseball, he understands the value of working hard and competing to the best of his abilities and has passed that down to me. Marc has helped me with throwing mechanics, workout routines, and a variety of other things that I have enhanced to develop as a player.
About Me: I am a very active 17-year-old and I'm always open to taking in new things and experiences. I'm independent and dedicated when it comes to academics and I strive to be the best I can in every aspect of my life. I am the youngest of three siblings and have a close connection with them. I am close with my Catholic faith and I enjoy helping others whenever I can. I like spending time with friends and love getting out to the field and competing.
